-These can be done both formally with a written report or informally through a dialogue.
-Record reviews are offered as a part of this service if applicable. Please bring records to session.
Rates:
$200 for informal session. Usually takes about 1.5 hours in session.
$250 for formal session. Usually takes about 1.5 hours in session, with report prepared for review in a 30 minute follow up consultation.
