Much of the teen experience is challenged by difficult decisions. Sometimes those decisions are complicated by on-set of depression, anxiety, or difficulties with self-esteem. This period of development challenges many as the demands of emotional, physiological, social and academic changes can be exhausting. We are here to help assess, support and equip your teen in developing skills necessary to not just move through these years but to embrace and enjoy them.
